Mr. Gutman works diligently with company owners and management teams on mergers and acquisitions across various industries by leveraging his analytical and research skills.
Prior to joining Carl Marks Advisors, Mr. Gutman interned with the Fixed Income Portfolio Analysis Group of Prudential Investment Management. During his time there, he collaborated with portfolio managers on analyzing $750 million worth of new trades, automated and improved risk and market data evaluation processes, and developed a stronger understanding of global capital markets. Previously, he finished an internship with the Equity Research team at Quantel AI, focusing on the aerospace & defense and technology industries.
Mr. Gutman holds a BS in Finance and a Business Analytics & Information Technology concentration from Rutgers University and is a FINRA registered representative.
