Mr. Endo has over 10 years of investment banking experience advising both public and privately held companies across a wide range of constituents, including management teams, boards of directors, equity investors, and private business owners. He specializes in structuring and arranging financing for mergers & acquisitions, including cross-border, leveraged buyouts, refinancings and dividend recapitalization.
Prior to joining Carl Marks, Mr. Endo worked as an investment banking analyst in the financial institutions group at investment banking and asset management firm, Piper Jaffray. During this time, he completed a variety of capital markets transactions and advisory assignments for companies within the specialty finance, insurance, and financial technology sub-sectors.
Mr. Endo graduated with a BS in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and is a FINRA Registered Representative.
